- We build a casual dining chair that has the greatest comfort features available at a good value price. All chairs are manufactured in the United States.
- Solid Wood frames - most have special formed plywood back legs of 16 ply hardwood for long life.
- The one-piece back leg is 2 inches thick and a full 1 1/2 inches wide.
- All joints are Mortise and Tenon construction. Tolerance is close for strength. No racking on tight joints. Special wood-oriented hot-melt glue on all leg joints against breakage.
- Three 8-gage no-sag springs set into Teflon coated "non-squeaking" clips make a good solid foundation for spring cover and foam that is more than adequete. Good seat support with just the right amount of flexing.
- All chair rails are SYP solid wood - a full 2 5/8 inches thick x 1 1/2 inches wide to make this chair more than strong and up to the challenge of prolonged use.
- Hardwood is used on all finished exposed wood legs as well as on castered chair legs.
- California #117 fire-retardant foam is used with a hi-loft dacron over the foam for smooth graceful lines and a soft surface feel.
- Extra "kicker pad" 10 inches x 15 inches in lumbar of every chair for extra support.
- Every chair is inspected for levelness. All sharp edges, staples, and all hanging strings are removed. Chairs are then bagged in plastic with all exposed finished wood wrapped for protection for end users to remove.
- Quality, Value, Good Looks, Thoughtful Engineering, Impeccable Tailoring:
It is the extras that make PERFECT CHAIRS not only an attractive value, but a long-lasting product with quality materials and workmanship to insure performance over a longer period of time than competitors.
